Cllr Jill Seymour elected Chair of Kynnersley Parish Council

Cllr Jill Seymour

Cllr Jill Seymour has been elected as Chair of Kynnersley Parish Council’s at their recent AGM following her many successful results dealing with environmental issues and highways within their area.

The term ‘Action Woman’ seems to follow her in the many roles she commits herself to and is one of her many nicknames in the local party.  The council felt with her energy, commitment and resilience to get things done she will be an asset to the local community.

Cllr Seymour has commended the previous Chairman, Cllr N Dobson, for the many years of sterling work and loyalty within the parish and acknowledges that he will be a hard act to follow.

Cllr Seymour encourages anyone within the parish to contact her directly or through the Clerk regarding any issues the community or an individual has.  She is really looking forward to working with an excellent group of councillors who are there working for the community and not for themselves.
