Cllr Bill Gilmour

Bill Gilmour is a UKIP councillor for the Lawley Central ward on Lawley & Overdale Parish Council.

Bill is at the forefront of the campaign to fix the badly thought out roads and junctions in the borough and was behind the cross-party traffic light public meeting in February 2015.
